This 2 day event is geared to raising awareness for Men’s Mental Health. #StacheTheStigma In it’s 3rd year we are excited at it’s continuous growth. Thus far we have donated just OVER $6500, and we feel good about each dollar being used for programs and campaigns that aid in helping to Stache The Stigma!

A diverse panel of judges will be BUCKLING this years Mustachio Bullbashio Champion!! It is our goal to turn this into a nationally recognized mustache competition, where part of the proceeds are donated to a charity supporting Men’s Mental Health. #StacheTheStigma

The BRIDGES SOCIETY was 2023’S beneficiary for Mustachio Bullbashio. After my failed suicide attempt in 2020 It’s important to me to use my platform and this event to raise funds and awareness for people struggling with mental health needs. Through my struggles I found it very hard to properly utilize the system and hopefully through my efforts and everyone else’s that support Element Zone 13 we can do our part to keep these organizations running and accessible for people that are struggling. #StacheTheStigma

Every day is a grind in the efforts to raise awareness for men’s mental health. Today was just one step closer in our efforts to #StacheTheStigma around men’s mental health. Through the buckle auctions we were able to raise $2750 and donate it to the Centre for Suicide Prevention. June is Men’s Mental Health Awareness month and the Buddy Up Program is a campaign built by men for men to help raise awareness for Men’s Mental health. Link -> www.buddyup.ca
